The Heart-Work Workshops
As 2025 draws to a close and 2026 approaches, this is a moment many hearts quietly long for, a moment to slow down, realign, and return to Allah with more awareness. The Heart-Work workshops are designed as faith-based spaces to support that transition, allowing reflection and intention to take place with clarity and purpose.
Allah reminds us: “O you who believe, be mindful of Allah, and let every soul look to what it has sent forth for tomorrow.” (Surah Al Hashr 59:18)
This verse invites us to look back with honesty and look ahead with responsibility. These workshops are not about rushing closure or forcing goals, but about tending to the heart before stepping into a new season. You are welcome to attend either session individually, or both, depending on what your heart needs most at this point.
Workshop 1: Reflection with Intention
Making space for clarity, closure, and conscious learning from what has passed.
This session centres on guided reflection allowing you to revisit the year you’ve lived with awareness rather than judgment. Through intentional journaling prompts, you’ll be supported in recognising patterns, lessons, and internal shifts that may otherwise remain unprocessed.
Allah says: “Indeed, Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.” (Surah Al Baqarah 2:286)
Reflection helps us recognise how we have carried what we were given, and what the heart may still be holding. This space allows you to acknowledge your journey, extract meaning, and decide with intention what deserves to be carried forward, and what is better released.
The Prophet SAW also taught us the value of awareness and accountability: “The intelligent person is the one who holds himself accountable and works for what comes after death.” (Tirmidhi)
Reflection with Intention supports this inner accountability, not in a harsh way, but with honesty, compassion, and faith.
Workshop 2: Dream Du’a Board workshop
Approaching the future with hope, effort, and reliance on Allah.
This session focuses on orienting the heart toward what lies ahead, not through wishful thinking, but through sincere du’a paired with responsibility. It provides a structured way to organise hopes, intentions, and effort, while remaining grounded in trust that outcomes belong to Allah alone.
Allah promises: “Call upon Me; I will respond to you.” (Surah Ghafir 40:60)
And He reminds us: “Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.” (Surah Ar Ra‘d 13:11)
This workshop supports that inner change, aligning intention, action, and reliance so that du’a and effort walk together.
The Prophet SAW taught this balance clearly: “Tie your camel, then place your trust in Allah.” (Tirmidhi)
Dream Du’a Board reflects this principle, nurturing hope, encouraging effort, and strengthening tawakkul without attachment to specific outcomes.
A Faith-Based Space for the Heart
The Heart-Work Workshops are grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins internally through reflection, sincerity, and a heart that keeps returning to Allah. Whether you come to reflect on what has passed, or to realign your hopes for what lies ahead, this space allows you to do so with faith, steadiness, and intention.
You are not required to do both. You are invited to choose what serves your heart best, and to enter 2026 with greater clarity and trust. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. All sales and registration of participants are final
2. The language used for this session is English/Bahasa Malaysia (not suitable for those who are not fluent/understand Bahasa).
3. Payment made will not be refunded.
4. Participants cannot amend registration tickets to another event or another event date in the future.
5. The organizer shall not be responsible for any issues of negligence or other matters by the participants.
6. By registering for this session, the participant has agreed to all terms and conditions of the organizer.
