About the Release & Rise
As the new Hijrah year approaches, many of us carry unspoken emotions, tired hearts, silent struggles, past regrets, and inner unrest.
Release & Rise is a guided emotional release and reflection session designed for Muslim women to gently process what they’ve been carrying, and begin the year with a heart that is lighter, clearer, and closer to Allah.
This isn’t a motivational event. It’s a safe space for honest self-reflection, emotional release, and spiritual intention-setting, with journaling, du’a, and gentle support through essential oils.
Together, we’ll pause… breathe… feel… and begin again.

- 8 heart-based journaling sections to explore and understand your emotions
- Self-check-ins to reconnect with your inner state (body, mind, and heart)
- A calming emotional release exercise supported by essential oils
- Guided tafakkur, reflection, and personalized niyyah setting for the Hijrah year
- Writing a private letter to seal your transformation
- Time for silent munajat, personal awareness, and healing

Please note: This emotional release session is for adults only. Children are not allowed, as we’d like to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted process where all attendees can fully focus on their personal healing and releasing journey.
